Minor Savings Account

Encourage a saving culture for children and young people.

Help parents and guardians save on behalf of a child under 18 and teach the value of saving early.

How to pay

Make savings payments via M-PESA Paybill

Always confirm the Paybill and account number with the office before sending any money.

  1. 1Go to the M-PESA menu on your phone.
  2. 2Select Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
  3. 3Enter the business number: 8998990 (no M-PESA charges).
  4. 4Enter your account number: 527512#<your national ID number>MS — MS stands for Member Savings. Use the other product codes to pay a loan separately.
  5. 5Enter the amount you wish to save.
  6. 6Enter your M-PESA PIN and confirm the details.
  7. 7Keep the confirmation SMS as your record of payment.
